Hello guys in Our Course you will learn All steps to Make a Full Electrical Control Design for any Project, in our Course we will discuss all Basic components in details after that we'll make a Full Electrical Control Design for about 15 applications

  • This course is designed to teach students how to design an Electrical Control circuit to perform a specific desired function. Taking this course will give students a much better understanding for the most complicated Electrical control systems which they will face in the Industrial sector in the real life. so our course aims to teach students the fundamentals of Electrical Control design.  Starting from Basic Components ( Contactor - C.B - Relays - Timers - Elec switches - Fuses - Protection devices - Sensors - Encoders ), then we'll discuss the basic concepts for the Design like " latching - Interlocking - controlling from different places ..etc.", after that we'll make designing for many Electrical control circuits manually and using EKTS software for simulation.

  • This course is structured in such a way that each section is dedicated to a specific topic in regards to Electrical Control Design. The lectures contained in each section describe in detail the different tools and techniques used to design Electrical Control circuits.

  • There are assignments and Exercises throughout this course that students can use them to exam themselves, also we have a separated section for Lab, so you can get the most benefit from this course.

    1- section (1) :  ( Introduction )

               - introduction for Electrical Control systems
               - basics of Electrical Power system
                     

    2- section (2) :  ( Basic Components for Electrical Control system )

                - Contactor and all types of Circuit Breakers ( MCB - MCCB - ACB ) in details 
                - How to calculate C.B rating and cable Sizing

                - Electric switches (Push buttons - Selector switch …etc.)  and Fuses in details
                - Electrical Relays (mechanical relay - SSR - Latch relay)
                - All Types of Faults in the Electrical control system
                - Protection Devices (Over-under Voltage relay & phase sequence-failure relay & Total protection device)
                - Overload relay in details

                - All types of Timers ( On-delay timer - 24 hours timer - Star/Delta timer - pneumatic timer )

    3- section (3) :  ( Lab for all Basic components )

    we'll see all these components in the practical life and the way of wiring for them
