I'm a trainer in Istanbul/Turkey. I have trained thousands of students. I like to share my experiment on Udemy. I like to share this knowledge with people who interested in boxing.  Many people can't go to the gym recently because of coronavirus. I designed this program you can do at home or anywhere else... All techniques can be practice in shadowboxing form which means is even you can workout without equipment. You can learn boxing with me. I explained every detail step by step. You don't need any experience. You can get a great body shape with boxing workouts.


My boxing/box Foundation course is the simplest and speediest approach to figure out how to box. Presently you can learn from years of genuine boxing/box experience without leaving your own house.
